Outdoor Wilderness Trip 2007
Our Outdoor Wilderness trip took place this summer on August 7-9. During this time the participants and staff spent three days and two nights in Baraboo, WI hiking, camping, canoeing and rock climbing. Some of the highlights from the trip included:
• Everyone doing their personal best and climbing the wall
• Seeing a variety of different animals in their natural habitat
• Including Hawks, Turkey Vultures, Turtles, Toads, Deer, Chipmunks,
• Fish and a Water Snake
• Cooking over a campfire
• Hiking, Hiking, and more Hiking
• Group volleyball game
• Everyone setting up their own tent
• Catching a Toad
• Having eggs in a nest for breakfast one morning
• Everyone helping to prepare our meals
• Swimming
• Canoeing in Mirror Lake State Park and seeing wild rice grow
• Playing spoons before bed
• Having Ice Cream at Culvers
